The Role
The SAP PP Consultant will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA PP processes, including Sales and Operations Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Capacity Planning, and production order management. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and SAP’s planning tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end SAP PP processes, ensuring integration with S&4HANA’s advanced planning capabilities.
- Manage master data integrity across production planning modules.
- Optimize production efficiency through advanced planning and scheduling.
- Handle production variations,order management, and confirmations effectively.
- Address inventory discrepancies, manage scrap, and support rework processes.
- Monitor production KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of Logistics processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in seamlessly integrating SAP PP with other key SAP modules (such as MM,QM) and various external systems.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving acumen.
- Outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- The capacity to perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered beneficial.
