Real Consulting S.A. is seeking for a passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to become part of its leading Microsoft Dynamics Services team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Implementing business automations using Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Work with clients to update, extend or migrate their current IT applications to make optimal use of the possibilities that Dynamics 365 CRM offers.
- Support the growth of the Microsoft Services Division by extending the knowledge of the Dynamics platform, as well as taking up new challenges for the growing team.
- Be part of a high-performance team and collaborate with fellow consultants and/or client colleagues.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Financial, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Management, or related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics Solutions (D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management / AX – Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central) will be considered an asset
- Ability to design, build, test and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions linking to client systems.
- Ability to develop yourself in Microsoft Business Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM + power platform)
- Understanding of business processes (e.g. Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, etc.) is highly appreciated
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate, perform and meet deadlines under pressure
- Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills following the latest Microsoft technologies
- Strong communication skills
