Description

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in both traditional and digital marketing activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the marketing strategy and annual plan cooperating with the Marketing Manager. Propose the annual or monthly digital plan to the Marketing Manager and then implement it. 
  • Participate in the development of the brand marketing strategies ensuring brand integrity, a clear strategic direction and brand positioning. Participate in the creation of an integrated communication strategy through multiple channels the value of our brands to all target audiences internally and externally. 
  • Assist the Marketing Manager to maintain a marketing actions calendar for short-term initiatives and long-term campaigns. Execute properly initiatives to reach the target audience through the appropriate channels online and offline (social media, e-mail, etc.)
  • Make recommendations and proposals based on market analysis reports to optimize the campaign results, enhance the commercial results, and adjust marketing strategy based on them. Identify trends & evaluate emerging technologies. 
  • Researching and evaluating various marketing tools, including AI-powered solutions, to streamline tasks and enhance campaign effectiveness, while staying updated on emerging technologies to adapt and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Propose, develop, and execute comprehensive digital strategies, encompassing SEO, Google AdWords, content marketing, social media management, and performance analytics (monthly & annually), corporate intranet & site to elevate brand presence and drive targeted audience engagement in alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Help in creating advertising campaigns. Plan and monitor (digital or not) campaigns through different channels in collaboration with internal and external partners/ agencies, to promote the company and its products. Propose budget allocation based on the Business plan to achieve its targets. 
  • Assist in the coordination and run events in accordance with the budget and marketing strategy. Assist in the organization of Corporate Affairs events (e.g. open days, press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, visit) and support company’s spokesperson. Assist in the organization and coordination of CSR events and carry out relevant actions. Promote on the digital channels the events we conduct or participate.
  • Manage & coordinate the necessary update of the content, the placement of information and the look & feel of the company own media. Collaborate with external agencies or other experts when needed.
  • Support & execute actions to manage Corporate Affairs. 
  • Edit and update promotional material and publication (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.) based on the commissioning/undertaking of relevant market research.
  • Support the preparations and the designs of the presentations that are publicly uploaded as well as the preparations and distribution of the press releases.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BSc in Marketing & Communication or in a related field. 
  • MSc or MBA is preferable. 
  • Good knowledge of how to make marketing plans & design actions. 
  • Advanced knowledge in digital media 
  • Certification: Digital Marketing 
  • Basic knowledge in digital & traditional campaign 
  • Excellent knowledge of English language 
  • Excellent writing & communications skills 
  • Good knowledge of the market, products and services and an understanding how to interpret commercial and key marketing KPI’s. 
  • Good knowledge of the tone of voice of the company brands.
