Description

The Support Agent plays a crucial role in supporting clients by providing expert assistance and guidance on using Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central and LS Retail. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and effective system usage.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Offer specialized support for NAV/ Business Central and LS Retail, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance via email and phone.

  • System Configuration and Setup: Assist clients with system configuration, customization, and setup to meet their specific business requirements.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of support activities, user guides, and FAQs for client reference.

  • Training: Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of using Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central and LS Retail.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central and LS Retail to provide current information and support.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Management, Financial or related fields.

  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language

  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central or LS Retail

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Ability to develop yourself in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central and LS Retail

  • Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills following the latest Microsoft technologies

  • Understanding of business processes (e.g. Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Retail, Sales,etc.) is highly appreciated

  • Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively with clients and team members.

  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate, perform and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Time Management: Efficiently manages multiple tasks and prioritizes responsibilities.
